It came out better then expected.

Wrong color for top wall hallway, that's because they didnt arrive til after10am first day and I had to leave by 10am for work. So color had to be changed so that was the only toom done. They did not complete any other room. I had my son in-law come over to help with moving everything out of the way and I help tape off just so they didn't waste time doing those things and still I didn't get what I paid for. Awful business, cheating senior citizens or any other person.

Sam responds quickly and communicates well throughout the entire process. His estimate was appropriate for the work requested. He was able to accommodate our request under short notice. Sam is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable and competent building contractors I have personally and professionally worked with. Also, Sam was the only contractor who was willing to do the project in the extremely short time-frame. Over 25 contractors were called and only Sam and one other contractor responded. And, Sam was highly recommended to me by Brian O'Donnell the owner of Armitage Hardware. You be assured with Sam Vazquez and his crew there will be a superior outcome to any building project!!!

I hired Sam for two different projects. The first was in my master shower where there was water leaking from uneven granite that had been there for years. I had asked several other services if they could fix it and they all walked away. Sam told me exactly what needed to be done and also connected me with other reputable contractors i.e. new shower door, new granite. to help complete the project. Looks beautiful and best thing no leaks. The second project was a drywall and repainting project. I needed my laundry closet expanded as my washing machine broke, and all the newer models were larger than my closet. Sam and team completed the expansion in one day as well as new drywall and paint. Excellent job and very trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

S&F Drywall did an amazing job. I have used them 3 times in 2020-2021. On my personal residence, a rental house that I then sold, and a rental condo. S&F started on the scheduled date and completed their work on time. They were efficient, clean, and their work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend them for any repair work needed. After S&F completely rehabbed my rental house I put it on the market and sold it in 24 hours for above asking. After completing the work on my condo I rented it to the first person who saw it.
