"Alex and his team are EXPERTS. They came in and repaired a concrete substrate that another contractor had damaged and badly repaired before re-laying engineered hardwood flooring. Smoothing/leveling the substrate was a difficult job. It was made even more difficult because the new flooring had to meet existing flooring in two highly visible places. The workmanship and quality is unsurpassed. Alex treated our project as though it was his own home. Executed perfectly. Professionalism at its best. "The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price.
