I recently hired Randy and Henry, owners of Heating Air & Water to replace my furnace boiler. Unlike some other HVAC companies, they provided a free estimate to repair or replace my boiler. They not only provided a clear explanation of the problem, but they also laid out available options and gave me the lowest estimate of 4 HVAC companies I consulted for replacing it. Heating Air & Water also provided the best warranty. The major reason for this is that the owners, Randy and Henry, do all the estimates, repairs and work. They even answer the phone and set up appointments! So salaries for separate salesmen, repairmen, etc. are not required. Clearly, they are working very hard to compete with the many larger HVAC companies. They are not beginners however! They have been working in this area for numerous years and they use the latest technologies. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, they demonstrated expertise and efficiency that far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient HVAC contractor look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

They were very professional, polite and on time. They came out within a day when my HVAC's heat wasn't working and resolved the issue within an hour. Great service and friendly service providers! Highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our furnace died just as the temperatures started to drop. Randy evaluated the next day. The furnace and air conditioner were installed the next day. Arrived on time, completed in six hours. Also arranged 0% financing! Highly recommend!

Randy was outstanding. He installed a new furnace and central AC today. He took my dimensions and ordered me exactly what I needed for my home. He explained everything to me as to what I needed and how to maintain everything so it will last a long time. He went above and beyond fixing my humidifier at no charge. He was professional and on time. He removed my old furnace and ac and cleaned up everything. His price was very reasonable and him and his partner Endri were outstanding. They were thorough and made sure all was installed properly and everything worked. I highly recommend Randy at Heating Air & Water. My dog absolutely loved them. And dogs know good people.

Efficient and professional!

Our daughter's furnace went out at 2:00 a.m. on Friday morning. She called Four Seasons who said couldn't get part until Tuesday after Christmas. $1,300 to fix, $5,100 to replace 90k BTU unit on Saturday. Our furnace went out at 11:00 a.m.! I called Angie's and had Randy and Andy out by 2:00. They said our blower was bad. $1k to fix now. I asked about replacing and they said $4,500 for 90K BTU and new humidifier. Okayed replacement. They got new unit and piped in new humidifier, which meant more work. Done in five hours in spite of working in cramped quarters. Excellent, professional, expedient work at very good price. Saturday 3:00 a.m. daughter's furnace quits completely. Call Randy. It's now 10:30 on the day of Christmas Eve. He says $3,500 if he gets okay before supplier closed at noon. Done and done. New unit in and running by 4:00 p.m. at $1,500 less than Four Seasons. Couldn't be happier. And, and, and, Andy points out we'd been using the wrong size filter, too small, accounting for all our constant dust accumulation, then shows that the unit at our daughter's was 4" smaller than the plenum, restricting the airflow. The replacement unit was the proper size. So, great experience with Randy and Andy. Professional HVAC men and just plain nice guys who never once complained about all the junk I have stashed in the basement. Exceeded expectations.

Randy and his team were prompt, courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner and at a fair price. I would definitely call him for further HVAC needs.

Quick diagnosis and spot on repair. What more can you ask for?

Spent one cold night and called Heating Air Water INC the next morning based on their reviews. The gentlemen were able to respond the same day, worked with my work schedule, diagnosed the problem (faulty gas valve), replaced the needed part, and even fixed a minor problem they noted with the furnace exhaust pipe when they were leaving AFTER I had paid for their services as a courtesy to save me having a problem in the future. Exceptional customer service!

It went really well. Randy and Endri did a great job. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, and easy to contact and communicate with. There was a small issue that I noticed after they left and they came back to check the issue and ended up replaceing a transformer on the circuit board that was making a noise. It was the manufacturer’s issue, not theirs, but they fixed it. I was very glad they helped get the system working perfectly that I also hired them to replace my hot water tank and an exhaust fan in my bathroom. They do great work!

It was pleasant he was punctual and professional. He was able to fix my ac that another company couldn’t . I was pleased with the efficiency and knowledge. Would recommend to all my friends and Neighbours.

They did an amazing job for our family. Our furnace was old and barely keeping the heat. We called Advanced air systems and these guys were on point. They were honest did not oversell and got us a full system replacement and added a home humidifier at a very reasonable price after receiving several quotes including quotes from major retailers like Costco. The units are great and very aligned with our home and our large family’s needs. The installation was a breeze- 2 installers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had both units installed and operational quickly. They were very clean and continued to follow up after installation to ensure it was working properly. I would recommend them each time to my family and friends.
