"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

He was able to swing by for diagnostics quickly to see what part needed replacement, and even though the supply house was closed for the evening he went above and beyond and was able to track down a part to get the furnace up and running so I didn't have to freeze for the night. While he was performing the repairs/ service he humored me asking general questions about my HVAC system and was quite knowledgeable. He left the area tidier than it was when he arrived, and talked me through additional preventative maintenance items to keep an eye on to keep the system running at peak performance, even covering a few items on the air conditioner side to look out for in the spring/summer when I fire that up next (it is winter now).
