Went better than expected and I couldn’t be happier. This was a programming issue and a garage door tune up with new rollers. Job went perfect and on time.

Needed to get a replacement opener hung (purchased by me). Got a call fairly quickly with availability an hour later (which is excellent). Gentleman came out, gave great information about the existing setup, and had the new unit in and done quickly and efficiently. They also take cash (any business that does is A+ in my book). Great working with them and would work with them again. The ONLY feedback I would share: There seems to be a disconnect between the person who calls and the person who is dispatched - similar to landscapers that outsource. The gentleman that showed up ONLY worked the garage door/opener piece, and wasn't who would handle things like the garage SIDE door or structure or flooring. Ideally, the one that calls (if they are the most knowledgeable) is doing a full assessment of everything needed, then dispatching one or two guys to tackle whatever, OR make sure that all guys are at least basic aware of level of effort for other work and can coordinate.

Associate Jimmy showed up on time. Our garage door is older and needed much work. Jimmy pointed out malfunctions and parts that needed replacement. Worked on all problems and door works well. Reasonable price.

David the tech contacted me to confirm our appointment time and showed as planned. I found David to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. David was able to identify the issue and provided options on what was needed for repair. I chose to have David perform immediate repairs and was very satisfied with the work he did as well as the results. David was very thorough and took the time needed to make sure the results were perfect.

This company was the first to reply to my request for repairing the tracks for my garage door. They came within a couple of days of my request, they arrived on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was very happy that they did not try to sell me a new garage door or anything else that I did not need or ask for. They had to order the necessary parts, and they came back two days later and completed the job. I am a very satisfied customer and would be happy to recommend them to anyone else who needed similar repairs.

Zach did a great job working in a closed space in 85 degree heat (in October). He went above and beyond and I am grateful.

My garage door is 63 yrs old and operates PERFECTLY since Zak replaced both springs and the header pipe...It was done on an immediate basis and only took a few hours since he knew exactly what was wrong and replaced the broken spring. Moreover, he checked out the door hinges and highly suggested that the other existing spring be replaced to accurately balance the door. It operates perfectly and I will contact him again next spring when the cedar trim is restained and a new door with windows may be installed to enhance the light-level in the garage. He was professional, knowledgeable and competent. He did a great job and all works very well..
