I hired the Grout Medic to replace the grout in my shower, which had been deteriorating over the years, and to also attempt to clean the shower door which had built up a heavy coat of precipitate and soap scum. I was told that the work would probably take between five to six hours, and the tech, Diego, showed up on time and got to work right away. Sure enough, after about five and a half hours...he had finished, and I was blown away by what an amazing job he had done to my shower and the door also! Everything basically looked brand new; I simply couldn't believe it! After the original estimate, I thought that maybe the price was a bit high...but after seeing the finished product, I would have to say that it was definitely well worth the price and I was very happy that I chose the Grout Medic for the job! Thanks so much again for the excellent job and your customer service!!!!!!!

I realize that travertine is difficult to work with due to its porousness and it changes color depending on how dry or wet it is. Mine was very dull and they did a great job of cleaning it and restoring it, making some grout repairs and caulking. Not 100% how I wish it would have turned out but I am very satisfied with the ultimate results. In the end, they made sure that I was happy and satisfied. Thank you!

I hired the Grout Medic to fix the grout in my shower tile last summer. My shower was in sad shape with broken tiles and needing re grouting. It looks amazing!, Not only was he able to replace broken tiles, but when he was finished grouting it looked brand new. Would definitely recommend this company.

I knew what to expect before the technician even arrived. He repaired my floor, replacing all the damaged grout and fixing a lose tile. He cleaned up everything before he left.
