"Very professional and personable. We have a dog that sheds continuously and getting all the hair out of the carpet is a challenge. They were able to get the hair up and did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets. Our carpets have never looked so clean. They were quick and thorough. "Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours.
