After checking his credentials (Ryan is a Master Plumber), I called back and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Ryan arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and charged a very fair price. (He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only would I recommend Collins Sanitary to others, I've also advised my mother to permanently switch plumbers!"

He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog.
