It was a small job with less than a cubic yard of concrete. It is very difficult to get anybody to do such a small job. The concrete truck must be scheduled with other small jobs in the area to be economical. They obtained the village permit. The job took longer to schedule but in the end they did an excellent job."

Overall an outstanding job on the concrete work, and the railings. A small adjacent area had to be fixed and the wrong color cement was used, but they ended up not charging me for the area."
