They not only responded with a general quote very quickly (within 20min), they were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Charlie) texted me to let me know that he was on the way and gave me an ETA which was great since I have large dogs that I need a few minutes to square away. He showed up and was super friendly, asked about my dogs and family, and then started doing his inspection. That took about 10-15min, then he gave me a run down of what he found, where the entry points were, etc. He kept me very well informed on how he would deal with the issue (trap locations and making sure I was okay with the placement, where he needed to seal, pricing).
