After reading several reviews of 4 companies listed on Angie's I called and scheduled an appointment with Pratt. Brian came this morning and inspected the chimney for needed repair and estimates. He was able to replace the existing cap and unless there are future occurrences it should not be necessary to replace the existing cap. There was no charge and he is sending me quotes for options on replacing one or both of the existing caps. Thank you Brian for an honest assessment and presenting options.
