"Very early Saturday morning we were awoken by the sound of something in the wall behind our bed. I called at least 6 different animal removal companies, most who advertised 24/7 response. Never Nest was the only one that called me back the same day and they were able to come out by early afternoon. Two of their staff spent over an hour trying to locate where the animal (turned out to be a bird) was in the wall, and another hour trying to get it out safely, which they did. One of them then climbed out of a window to fill a whole next to a vent where we assumed the bird got in.

"My dehumidifier had leaked on the carpet and I was concerned about mold. Green T's process and the additional sporicidin did help to modify the mold but the cleaning process seems to be faulty. The process consisted of applying cleaning liquid and extracting with no brushing of the fibers to "wash" or brush the rug surface, All stains are still there. Also, I do not have a driveway for easy access for the truck that houses the hoses. The hoses were not long enough to reach all of the 2nd floor bedroom without re-running the hoses through my home. I decided against this so the bedroom was eliminated and the office immediately reduced the cleaning price. Although a stain from a spilled liquid was removed from the area rug, the rest of the area rug does not even look as though it has been cleaned. I am going to contact Green T to come back (which they said is part of their service) and view the rugs for their evaluation of the cleaning and what my next step should be. At that time, I will edit my rating. The people in the office and the technician were all very nice, informative, easy to work with, and tried to be helpful. UPDATE: Wow. Talk about good customer service. At first I was very disappointed with the outcome but Green T has gone the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. They are standing by their guarantee to make the customer happy and are redoing my carpeting at no additional charge. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and yes, I will rehire."

"It went excellent! Money was real tight and i went with the cheapest estimate out of 5 which was Windy Chimney Services. I was afraid that I wouldnt get quality work seeing that they were the cheapest but that was not the case here. John and Charlie removed the squirrels from the chimney safely without harming them. Swept out my chimney to my wifes satisfaction without the soot storm other companies have done in the past. They fixed my brick and put a new cap on my chimney. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal Wasp and Hornet Preventative Maintenance treatment with Guillen Pest Solutions in May to have our house treated for the summer. We called and spoke with Stephen and he put us on the schedule for the first week of June. He told us that this was the best time to treat, it's when they're starting to build and become more active.

Stephen came exactly when he said he would. He was professional, pleasant and very informative. The treatment absolutely worked all summer around the exterior of my home. In August, we had a hornet nest in a tree in the back and another one in a bush in the front. For $130, Stephen came out, sprayed both nests, waited a day, then returned and removed the nests.
