He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. Al and Damien were very professional and the work was extremely well done. They finished that same day and when they left it was if the new units had always been there. I was extremely impressed and will certainly go back to them for future maintenance. You can't go wrong with this company!"

I had All Temp come out and they were able to do a quick fix so I didn't have to struggle with it anymore. He was on time, pleasant. He did steer us away from some of the most expensive options, stating that we did not need them and they would not provide enough of a return to justify the added cost. The install crew was about 20 minutes late which was not surprising given the distance between their shop and our home. They did call to let us know they were running late due to traffic. With everything they were uninstalling and installing, it was a long day for the crew, but they got everything up and running great. One glitch they had was that they gave me a choice between 2 thermostats and the one I chose did not work so they had to install a different one to get us up and running and come back about 1 week later to install the one we wanted."
