After dealing with Home Comfort Systems, this is what he wrote and asked me to post: : While it was still very cold out,we smelled gas in our house. Nicor had us all evacuate. The price was fair, I could tell he was honest and although he could've ripped me off easily as I was in desperate need. He offered fair payment options that worked with my tight budget. He contacted his supplier who delivered the new furnace before noon. A team of two brothers arrived by 1PM and began installation. They were extremely polite, considerate of my house, clean, efficient and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. By 4PM it was done and I had heat again. They even went the extra mile with some requests we had including removing an old, useless house-humidifier that was taking up space. Nothing extra for that. I was so relieved and glad that we could get back to normal and grateful to Steve and his company for their help."
