They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work."
