"I had very bad experience with Alliance Repair. The technician was here two times did not find out what is not working properly with the refrigerator and did not fix the problem at all. He had no problem collecting the $500 charge. After the two attempts to fix it Alliance went silent and did not offer any useful solution. We now had a technician from Kitchen Aid and he fixed the problem quickly. In short I can not recommend Alliance "Repair Service" I would call them Alliance collection Service at best."

"Eddie was very professional, and honest! He initially thought it was leaking freon and also needed a new compressor, so there was quite a wait because the compressor was backordered. Once the part was in, he came and fixed the refrigerator but realized the compressor was ok. He could have easily replaced the compressor and charged me for it, but instead was honest and it turned out to be a fraction of the cost. I would definitely use them again."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
