"This is an amendment to my previous poor review due to a “no show”. I spoke with Ryan, and it appears that ‘no show’ was due to a misunderstanding on both our parts. Ryan was wonderful! He scheduled to quickly come out and do the job, discounting the cost. He arrived promptly, and did a beautiful job on my outside windows. They haven’t looked this great since I purchased the house. "Steve and Lisa have been amazing to work with. They feel like friends now after working with them for close to a year on this huge project we are just finishing up. We have hired them for a couple pretty large jobs and they have done fantastic work. Steve has always been on time and very polite and professional. I like that Steve was always straight forward about what he thought needed to be done, or if something didn't need to be done. This is very important to me, because with this remodel, we have been spending a lot of money, and I know Steve is very honest when he says we don't actually need to do something just to try and get more money out of us. He and his crew never left a mess behind like other contractors we have worked with in the past. You can see by the finished product that he really cares about his work! "Our house needed painting and we desired a different color. Kenny came out to give us a quote and suggested a color we would not have thought of, but after trying a sample we accepted the quote. The job was quoted in February and the work began in May. Power wash one day, and then 1.5 days to paint. Lots of compliments from neighbors and we are pleased by the transformation. Negatives would include short notice of when the job would start, and losing a few plants that were stepped on, but overall, the team was respectful. Pricing was fair, and much less than two neighbors paid last year for same size homes. We would use them again, and you should too.show more

"Very nice young man. Arrived on time and got right to work. Explained everything to me. The charge went up from quoted but that was my fault. I incorrectly told them I had a 1,000 gal tank but he told me I had a 1,500 fal tank. He also had to do an extra service to get the tank clean and that cost $25 extra. <br /> <br /> edit. 12/5/14. I originally gave all A's (except price which was &quot;c / fair&quot;) but then I had a terrible customer service experience with them causing me to reduce my ratings. I called with a simple question. &quot;Is it okay to install a garbage disposal system?&quot; the woman on the phone tried to help me but wasn't a technician so I requested a call back. That call never came. After several days I called back and spoke with Courtney. She assured me someone would call back. That never happened as well. That call would have taken someone all of 4 minutes but they couldn't seem to make it happen. <br /> <br /> As stated in my original review they did a good job and I would hire them again.show more
