The repairman showed up within the hour even after 4:00 on Friday of Memorial weekend. Without having a schematic or manual he quickly found the problem and fixed it. Being differently abled and unable to climb ladders this help was invaluable. I would definitely use this group again in the future.

Excellent service. I have used them for years. They always let me know when they will arrive. The last install I had was a 80 gallon water heater. The water heater went out on the weekend, and they tried to get me to wait till Monday to save me money, which was most appreciated. I still had heated water for about 10 minutes at a time so I knew I could wait, other wise they said they would be glad to come out right away. I waited till Monday and they called me and had it installed the same day. I've also had a Lenox heating and A/C installed. They always show up when I need them. Thanks so much for all you've done for me over the years. Thanks to Frank, Mark, Susie and everybody else I have not mentioned.

Both guys from Cd'A Sheet Metal and Heating put booties on over their shoes when they came in the house after checking on the old furance. Both were prompt and even were able to come earlier than first scheduled that day. The first service tech that came (Cornel) was professional and courteous. He worked on my old furnace that had quit. He gave good information on what the problems were and what the options were for repair or replacement. He called and arranged for the salesman (Mark) come to my home to talk about replacements. Mark came out about 3:00 pm and was, at first, friendly and helpful and gave me bids and information on the two options I was interested in. When I said I was going to get another bid it became quite uncomfortable, he became sullen, unfriendly and left quickly. He had brought a couple of space heaters with him but after the mention of getting another bid said he would not leave them if they weren't going to do the work. I guess I can understand that, but it was rude and the temperatures were going to be in the teens that night. Luckily I was able to get another company to come out right after Mark left and they did leave a couple space heaters for the cold night. I would call Cd'A Sheet Metal and Heating again but only to have Cornel come to do maintenance. I would not have Mark come again. The bids that Mark gave me were almost $1000.00 more for the same products than the company I did go with.

Our house was built in 1980 on two separate crawl spaces and our laundry room was so small that it was impossible to open the dryer door because the hot water heater was in the way. We had Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal, aka Crown Home Services, move the hot water heater to the garage, hook up the washer and dryer, and add a 220 volt outlet in the garage for tools. There were several people, including Mark Thomas, involved including an electrician and plumber. They had to build a stand for the hot water heater and a metal pipe protector. This was for code requirements. Each person followed code requirements, for which we are very pleased. While the electrician was here, he checked our outlets in the bathrooms and kitchen for cfi's.
They had to come back to fix a problem with the washing machine, but they were very prompt!
We called CHS again to replace our 2 leaking hose spigots, replacing them with frost-free ones. That was done June 26. We called and within a week Ryan, a plumber, was there! This time the cost was more than we had anticipated, $663; but it did need to be done. Before doing the work, Ryan evaluated the situation and gave an estimate of cost and time. Also, at this time, we arranged to have someone come and give us an estimate to replace a not-safe-to-use see-through fireplace with a gas one. Mark Thomas came June 28. He said that he would check out possibilities and let us know his results next week. He called that same day, with the results of his search for a see-through gas fireplace, which is turning out to be not possible because of the existing size. We are awaiting the results of the research of a single-sided gas fireplace.
The most amazing characteristic of Coeur d'Alene Sheet Metal, aka Crown Home Services, is that they respond very quickly. One doesn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. They also do emerigency calls first. Another thing that I like about them is that the servicemen call about 16 minutes before coming to give notification of estimated time of arrival. That really helps me.

They are there and it is a company that is a business and not out of their home. They may be more expensive than other companies but we would rather pay a little more and feel comfortable with them. They were very professional.
