He came right out and from the minute he stepped out of his truck I felt he was someone I could not only work with but trust and he did not disappoint. It helped us navigate the insurance company, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated with commutations, which was very important to use. We started this project due to a leak in my living in the first part of November 2024 the weeks that followed we had nothing but rain, but Richard kept a close eye on the weather, and on the first 3-day opening he was ready to get the job done. That just happened to be Thanksgiving Day. His crew showed up with smiles on their face and worked hard the whole day with no complaints.
