Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job.

Recently I had a plumbing issues at our home. I looked online for plumbers in the area and Home advisor provided 3 different companies. I called all three companies and the first one to reply was My Guy Plumbing. Michael return a call within 15 minutes. I explained our issues with the plumbing and he rearranged his schedule to check out the problem. One hour later he told me he had been by our house and explained why our pipes were leaking. He was pleasant, professional and precise. He told us it would be fixed but had to order the parts. He fixed the plumbing issues and told me other areas that needed to be addressed. Michael fixed those problems as well. He now has three new referrals.

I called Michael because I needed a dishwasher installed and an exterior faucet changed out. After looking over my exterior faucet he recommended a part rather than the entire replacement, that would have entailed cutting a large hole in my basement ceiling. What integrity and honesty, he saved me hundreds of dollars! The dishwasher install ended up being difficult, but Micheal did a wonderful job. I highly recommend My Guy plumbing.

Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher.

Mike called and set up appt quickly, asked and amswered questions ahead of time. Explained rates and what could be expected. Called to say on his way prior to appt time. After arrival, looked things over with me, went through all he'd do, made a few suggestions for valve replacements (which I agreed with), and went over rates and time expectations to make sure I understood. Very thorough! Great quality work!! Also cleaned up his workspace w/o being asked. We will hire him again for all our plumbing needs!! Oh, and later called to apologize for forgetting to apply the military discount and refund it. Great guy!!
