"We purchased a Greenstone home with an unfinished basement a few years ago. Bonney constuction's complete finishing of the basement shows exceptional quality and attention to detail. The final cost was very close to estimate even though we added a few things. Warren and his friendly crew duplicated the upgraded craftsman trim we had on the upper floors as well as the beveled corners on the sheet rock and the basement integrates seamlessly with the rest of the house. This job required expertise in every phase of construction and Warren brought in the right people for each job. After seeing all that goes into a project of this type I feel very fortunate that I had a knowledgeable contractor like Warren in charge. We are beyond happy with the results and realize that what we spent is exceeded by the increase in value of our home."
