We used Elite Construction for a bathtub and surround replacement. Sergey had great communication, a quick turnaround for the quote, and fit our project in within a reasonable timeframe. It was my first time dealing with contractors and what could have been a very trying experience turned out very smoothly indeed. Sergey demonstrated integrity in his proposal and his performance. The communication was great. I really appreciated Sergey’s design and color suggestions for the porch. The team was courteous, respectful, professional, and timely. They always left the site as neat as a pin each day after work. The back of my home looks stunning! Elite Construction did a great job with our home remodel! We did a large scale overhaul of an older 1970s home that had been neglected and it looks like a brand new house. Sergey's crew completed the job on schedule and within budget, which is definitely not always the case when tackling large projects like this. In our particular area, it is sometimes difficult to even get contractors to return phone calls but Sergey was always very prompt to answer any questions and address any concerns we had from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to hire Elite Construction again for future projects we're planning.

Bathtub Restoration
Found Elite Construction at the Spokane Home & Garden show. I just had Elite Construction replace a tub/shower in my downstairs apartment and replace the shower in my ensuite bathroom. I am VERY happy with the work they did and the finished products! Elite showed up on-time, as scheduled, on 2 separate visits to complete both of the bathrooms…one each day and stayed on the project for the entire day until it was done. Very professional service and what awesome work they did! After they finished both bathrooms, the owner, Sergey, and his son, Roman, both made a point to ask us to contact them if we found anything at all that was not done to our satisfaction and they will take care of it. However, both showers were done exactly as we requested. In the past, I have had many negative experiences with companies that have done work at my home, so I am always skeptical when trying a company that I have never used before. But Elite exceeded all of my expectations in every way. It is hard to find a company that you feel that you can trust…but I have found one in Elite Construction. I’m already planning to have them back in a few months to perform more excellent work. As you can imagine, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Construction. This company is a keeper!

Deck and Porch Service
Sergey and his crew did a phenomenal job on our river house in St Maries. Even though they had to travel and bring supplies with them, they secured our foundation so that it will last, replaced our old deck with new Trex decking, and remodeled our master shower. We thought all of this would take the whole summer, but Elite got it handled in under 7 weeks. We are thrilled with the results and not only will ask Elite to come back, but have been recommending them to everyone in the area.

Elite Construction did an excellent job on the repair/remodel and siding of the front of our house. Eli, Roman, Daniel, and the rest of Sergey's crew were very professional, friendly and very hardworking. They always showed up on time and communicated what they would be working on that day. After the project was completed the job site was left spotless with no nails or debris in sight. They were also able to start and complete the job before our scheduled start date which was an added bonus. I will continue to recommend Elite Construction to my family and friends and will absolutely hire them again for future construction projects.

From the beginning of the process to the end, Sergey and his team were phenomenal!! We were asking them to remove several walls, as well as install new flooring, to give a more open, modern concept to our main floor. Not only was the quote much better than other competitors, the results and worksmanship were beyond our expectations! They were organized professional, and incredibly kind in their conduct and communication. Our home has been completely transformed into the house we were dreaming of when we moved in last September. Elite Construction was the company I chose to do the siding and painting of my house. My house was in bad shape and needed a drastic amount of help. They did an amazing job and I am completely happy with the job that they did. Not only did Sergey (the owner), Roman (Sergey's son-in-law) and the rest of the team do an amazing job, they were also professional, kind, prompt, and willing to answer any questions I had. As an older person, I was skeptical that I would find a company that would not take advantage of me but Sergey was very forthcoming when it came to the job, price and timeline. They went above and beyond my expectations when it came to the quality of work, as well as the length of time to complete the job. They were early to arrive, wasted no time throughout the day getting work done, did not take extended breaks or lunches, they were respectful when talking to me and they made sure to clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Sergey made sure to stop by as often as possible and check, then double check the work to make sure they were giving the customer quality service. If something needed to be adjusted or slightly changed, Sergey made sure to communicate that with me prior to starting anything so there were no hidden secrets or charges in the end. It was the first time in a long time that I did not feel as though I needed to stand outside and "supervise" a job. I would promote and recommend Elite Construction to anyone and everyone, especially for older customers who have had bad experiences in the past with bigger companies like I have. To say that I am happy with Elite Construction, Sergey, Roman and the rest of the team would be an understatement. I have friends, family and neighbors all asking me when I tore down my old house and built this new one. I now have the best looking house within a 10 block radius (in my opinion). I am not sure that there are enough good things I can say about them and definitely recommend them to everyone.

We just completed our 2nd large remodel project with Elite Contruction which turned out fabulous. This was almost a complete renovation on a 1929 house, taking out walls, replacing all windows, adding egress windows, complete remodel of kitchen and laundry room, rewiring, adding 2 bedrooms, decks, building a fence + much more. Sergey and the Elite team did a fabulous job on all of it! The 91 year old floors were patched, refinished and looked brand new! We appreciated Sergey’s ideas and suggestions, for example, the front concrete stairs were disintegrated and closed off as so hazardous. When discussing the stair replacement, Sergey suggested to not do this rather close off as there were 2 other entrances, instead creating a deck off the front entrance. This created value and a great space for our beautiful house! Thanks to the Elite Team we beautifully updated our 1929 home!

We have hired Elite Construction & Remodeling several times for projects at our home and we'll keep doing it based off of Sergei and his crew's craftsmanship and professionalism. The projects have ranged from small to big and each one is done with care and in a timely manner. Our most recent collaboration with Elite was for our kitchen remodel and the process was smooth and the end product is outstanding. It looks smashing! The team did a great job keeping us updated on the timeline, how the work was coming along and arrived consistently each day when they said they would show up. As the kitchen remodel wrapped up, we told them that it would just be a matter of time until we find something else for them to do and we'd give them a call.
