Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful. Water leak damage is more extensive than we knew and he was able to tell us what to do next. If we have another project I would certainly hire him again.

We just completed a comprehensive bathroom remodel (which included moving walls, installation of heated tile flooring), second bathroom update, exterior door replacement and assorted minor repairs with Happy Home Remodeling. Being new to the area, we were fortunate to come across a contractor that has knowledge, expertise AND troubleshooting savvy. (No construction remodel is without an unexpected glitch). We did interview a few contractors, as much for pricing but just as important, to get a feel for level of trust, reliability, competence and confidence. Mike ticks all the boxes. All along, communication was clear, regarding costs, scheduling of necessary permits, sub- contracting (plumber/electrician) and inspections. Installation was meticulously completed within the stated timeline.

Mike Michaelis was God sent he came and got the job done and didnâ t stop until it was complete. Everyday when he came before he went down to the basement he would pet our animals so everyday they expected it. One day My Brother came over with all of his dishes and was complaining about needing a contractor to come and fix his flooding. Mike just finished for the day and right away he took on the job to get my Brother out of our hair. He went to fix a leak until my brotherâ s mobile home and had to crawl under the unit and clamp the exposed valve.â Talk about Johnny on the spotâ We needed him and after his Job with our basement He showed up to help my brother. Before hiring Mike for our job I looked up reviews and called a few people. They all had nothing but positive things to say. When Mike does a project he puts his expertise, and soul into his his work I would definitely recommend Him for any job. Plus He has everyone needed to finish our job like plumbers, or electrician,

Mike is a great guy. He gave me an estimate that was on the nose and he got our basement up and running again. He was very congenial and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. He left everything clean and tidy when he was done. I will probably asking for his help on other projects.

The porch steps are not finished yet, so far so good, competent work by Mike. !! I also want to say he goes the extra mile to help out a senior citizen on a fixed budget and works rapidly to get the job done.

Mike has done 4 different jobs for me over a year's time. Each time the work has been excellent. Any questions were answered clearly. If problems were noted Mike brought them up so that decisions could be made early in the process. All in all, excellent workmanship carried out in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Next project I have I go back to Mike.
