Being new to the area, we were fortunate to come across a contractor that has knowledge, expertise AND troubleshooting savvy. (No construction remodel is without an unexpected glitch). We did interview a few contractors, as much for pricing but just as important, to get a feel for level of trust, reliability, competence and confidence. Mike ticks all the boxes. All along, communication was clear, regarding costs, scheduling of necessary permits, sub- contracting (plumber/electrician) and inspections.
