Konstantin and his crew did an amazing job and the deck looks great. The crew was respectful, pleasant, and hardworking. They did a great job and communicated with us through the process. They offered a lot of options and were able to start almost immediately. I highly recommend Konstantin and his crew and will definitely be hiring these guys in the near future to build us a pole barn/deck.

Super professional and hard working. Great quality of work. I was about to have a baby and they wanted to get the work done so it wasn’t loud with a newborn. The crew would often work until 9pm at night so that they would get the job done.

Konstantin and his team were awesome to work with. The deck was a second level deck and it is wonderful. He also helped us choose and installed our French doors. The price was very reasonable too. We will be hiring KI again for other projects.

Highly recommended! The project went very well. Konstantin and his crew did quality work and were able to work with us through the surprises and unexpected challenges that come with a project on an old 1904 house like this. The kitchen and mud room turned out beautifully. We would not hesitate to have them come again. Everyone was easy and very pleasant to work with.

KI Construction did a fantastic job for us that exceeded our expectations! We had a cement-steps and awning entryway and Konstanin came up with a plan to build a new one with cedar, Trex deck and concrete supports that looks amazing! Great work ethic, on time, on budget, and highly professional. You can tell that the KI crew love their work. I am telling all my friends about KI construction for all of their deck work! We could not be more pleased!

Konstantine was timely, creative, and enjoys working with wood. He built a beautiful deck with creative stairs that put the "wow" in the project. I trusted him to work without us being on the property, and the end result was beautiful. The deck is sturdy and well built. I appreciate his professionalism and work ethic. KI Construction came in and took down a upstairs deck, and rebuild it. Took no time to rebuild. The crew was great to work with and cleaned up after themselves which was great. You can tell Konstantin wants his company to grow with good results, which shows. Have more projects for him to complete!
