"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "C setup appointments but failed to show up several times, only once did he call to say he couldn’t make it, after waiting several days and making several calls/texts he finally showed up. Installed sensor on stove, turned it on. Stove started to preheat but never went to temp, when we contacted him, he said it was working when he was there so something else must be wrong. He told me the sensor had to be broke in, when I called Whirlpool. They said there no break in time on the sensor. He then said it might be the controller and that I would be charged again for another service call since it was working when he was here. On the washer interlock, he installed a interlock switch, and left, washer started that one time and has not worked since and once again he said it was working when he was here. I do not believe he has any troubleshooting skills and unless it is a loose screw or a plug and replace part. Would not recommend him to anyone. Charge for the stove was over 250.00 and the charge for the washer was over 230.00 dollars so I have paid out 500.00 for nothing. Big time rip off in my opinion."
