"It went even better than I thought. Andrew did not have to put in the new ballast. All he had to do was to readjust the lights so that they were inside the fixture correctly as well as the wires. Another company could have charged me anyway, but he didn’t since we didn’t have to change the ballast. Andrew was very kind and pleasant to work with."
