He did not fix it and was overcharged for the diagnostic. Also the diagnostic was incorrect because it still did not work

They had appointments available within a day or two of my initial call. Great follow up calls from their office personnel on what to expect on pricing and during the service visit. The repair parts arrived quickly and the repair was scheduled for the next business day. The repair was completed very quickly.
