Back in April we had Ray come to check out a leak. He came up from the crawl space told my wife that the refrigerator line had a leak and that we needed to have a restoration group out. Ray reassured my wife not to worry this would be covered by insurance and preceded to call his restoration group of choice. Here we are today claim was denied we have paid the restoration group thousands of dollars and I am having to fix my house. I do not recommend this company as they need to better educate their employees to not go around saying this will be covered by insurance when all they need to say is call your insurance company to see if this is covered or not.

After plumber left, both repairs began to leak, so he was called back and came next day and fixed leaks.tetþtrtddtŕr

I know that the leaks he fixed on visit number two were unrelated to the initial leaks he corrected, however he should have fixed these issues on the initial visit, or at least have given you the options."

After inquiring about a water softener installation, Scott responded back very quickly and gave me an estimate. The estimate was a price I thought was good and we moved forward. They were able to get it installed that next week and added a hose bib in the garage when I asked, so I could wash my cars with the soft water. Sean installed the system and was very professional and fast! I would definitely use Veterans Plumbing again!

I have the plumber the idetails if what I thought was leaking. The plumber came and replaced those items. But did no trouble shooting to verify. Leak continued because there was another issue.

The Plummer showed up on time. He was very efficient and thorough. The job was completed in a short period of time, which helped with the price of the project. We felt that the value for the work completed was fair. Our only complaint with the project, comes from the replacement of the kitchen faucet. The faucet works well, but while replacing the old one, the plumber inadvertently chipped the porcelain on the outside of our sink. Although this is not a life or death situation, it did require some good matching appliance paint!

Have mixed feelings about the work. They were on time and did a good job hooking up the garbage disposal and faucet. Scott gave me a quote over email and he was very responsive. Asked good questions. Since they had not seen the job, I would not have been surprised if the price was adjusted a bit. However, plumber put in shut off valves to each appliance even though there was a master shut off to for the hot and cold lines. I asked him about why they were being added and even asked if it was required per code. He answered something vague like "you'll want these". Well, I would have wanted 2 of them but at $25 each, would not have approved the other 3. He didn't mention the extra cost until the work was done and the final bill was $125 more than the original quote. That was disappointing. Then when washing dishes for the first time, noticed not one but two water leaks in the water filter set-up.

Plumber was nice and professional, fixed the outdoor faucet quickly, even though he had to crawl under the house. He replaced the valve and also found the nozzle that attaches to the toilet was cracked as well. Replaced it too. Fast, efficient and well priced.

They guy should have checked out the water tank and the pressure to make sure that it was good for us. We had to call them back out for a problem with the pressure. I think he may be fairly new to the trade.

We have used them several times. There were two appearances. We used to have a reputation among plumbers of having high water pressure. So we learned the hard way. We had an under the sink water filter that blew out. We were home so we caught it right away. We decided we needed a high pressure regulator on our household water system to keep stuff like this from happening again. The first time they came over, they put the pressure regulator in. When they put it in, the gentlemen set the pressure too low. It was not filling up the commode and stuff like it should. We called them to come and adjust it. They sent someone else over to adjust the pressure on it. He looked at the accessory tank to the water heater, there is a word for it but it is a little tank that sits up top of the water heater. It is a safety factor but it helps control the hot water pressure in your house. He tested it and said this is not good. It could explode any day now. It probably won't but it has been up there but it would flood your garage and stuff like that. He put a new one of those in and set that up good for us. That was pretty much it. We have been happy ever since. None of the plumbers around here are cheap. They have done work for us before and always done a good job.

Veteran's was very responsive, took notes on what I wanted done and made suggestions. They replaced inlet valves to my washing machine, installed a new kitchen faucet I had purchased, replaced supply & drain hoses from the dishwasher (inside & around a corner) and kitchen faucet. The work was done on the day/time scheduled. I have scheduled more work for them next week. Thanks Scott!

The work began on Wednesday. Thursday, no one showed up. I waited until noon to call. When I reached Sean, he said they'd had some emergency jobs come up and he'd forgotten to call me. At least two of the four days he was here, he would take off for an hour or more to take care of something on another job. On the last day (the following Tuesday), he arrived at nine. By ten, he was said he had to leave to take care of something else and if he came back-- at which point I stopped him and made it clear that I was out of patience and there was no "if" about it, that I wanted the job done that day. I believe the final product to be adequate, but there are things that are less than professional. He reversed the hot and cold in the master bathroom. He replaced the AW box (unnecessary) with one that didn't fit the existing hole and had to be anchored to the exterior of the wall (very tacky looking), and the new tub enclosure was installed so that some of the edges can't be covered with drywall (though he kept insisting it could). Sorry to say that I less than thrilled with my experience.
