We converted two bedrooms, added a door, installed a kitchen, remodeled the entire bathroom, and the list goes on. They were clean, professional, friendly, and had great suggestions. We had to do some tricky things to install a washer and dryer, and his team was always open to other options which helped us to keep our costs within budget. "After deciding to remodel a very dated bathroom I interviewed Shawn Rendon. He made great suggestions to upgrade the rather small room and make it more accessible and safe. After complete demolition of the original 37 yr old space, team member Tristen expertly rebuilt the room including crafting a damless shower and then installing tile walls and floor. He kept me informed every step of the way and we have a beautiful walk in shower with no barriers. Other members of the team were outstanding in removing and replacing the original flooring throughout the first floor. Tristen again was great installing new lighting throughout. Rob is a master painter with 25+ years of experience and did a meticulous job painting walls, ceilings, doors and trim and they look brand new! Josh, the project manager is a great liason and communicator. He and Shawn were responsive to any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Rendon Construction!"

"At the end it was poor build quality. James, I understand it was your contractors and not you but still .... ultimately you are the general contractor and it is your responsibility. That is why we paid you the big bucks .. you are supposed to know if your contractors that you hired do quality work or not. We did NOT get the BEST quality and are sorely disappointed."

"We own a commercial construction business, a brother owns residential construction business. We are VERY familiar with quality work. Russ and Denis are the best we have ever met. There are nothing but positives. They are not the lowest bidder/cost, we have been there done that. Recommendation, learn from our bad experiences, you get what you pay for. We actually feel the value for quality is excellent. The communication is outstanding, not only did they keep us advised of every step, concern, question, but they responded to my questions immediately, even if they were on vacation. They are hard workers, always on schedule or advise if the schedule is interrupted why it was disrupted and what the plan is. And 100% honest. They added 10 feet to my garage. It is beautiful. Replaced a bay window. Replaced 2 sliding glass doors. We do plan on building a large shop in the future and doing a major remodel in the house. And will not hesitate to use them. They are beautiful people and do incredible work. Totally incredible."

"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"
