"Wow, we are sorry for the issues you had with your fence. As you know, in our contract we state that we are not responsible for property lines and that it is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure we are installing on the property line and if there is a concern, then you would need to hire a surveyor. This issue was never brought up by us. In the past 5 years since we did the work, we have never received an email, call or any mention of the work we completed for you. If you are saying that a post rotted after only 5 years that is very possible. We warranty our work for 2 years which is 1 year longer than most installers. If you overwater an area, it will definitely prematurely rot a post. This is why we recommend metal posts instead and did so and gave you the option before we did the work, but you chose wood posts. Again, we are sorry for the issues you had and had you contacted us, we would have made it right. A lot can happen over a 5-year period to a fence. 5 years is a long time to warranty fence work, but we would have helped you. We have had a completely new crew since the time we did your work, and we have a very good reputation in the industry. Maybe it would be helpful next time to try talking to someone about an issue before leaving a negative review which I guess is a lot easier for some people."

"Wow, This review is for work we did over a year ago. Tony, why did you put this review under a different name originally and over a year after we left? Maybe you were trying to hide from the truth. This owner hired a friend of his who is a painter to judge our work. Does he really know the building codes? We have never had a window or door leak after installation in the 30 plus years we have been installing thousands of them. This owner was trying to get out of paying us for the work because he wanted us to do a full kitchen and bathrooms remodel as well, but didnt have the funds to do it so they are blaming us for bad work so they could get out of their contract with us. We did some work and it was done correctly and to code. Sorry, that you did not have the funds to complete the work, but it is not fair to make up stories that our work was not done correctly. We do all our work correctly and according to building codes."
