He performed a very thorough inspection and found a couple of items - things I wouldn't have ever been able to detect - that weren't major issues at this time, but would become so if left without repair. One was that a seam in the dryer venting wasn't completely sealed and some lint was seeping out. It would have had to have gotten all clogged or worse before I even knew there was a problem. I am so thankful we had him do perform this service.

Dave was there before the realtor arrived to let him in and had proceeded to do the external inspection while he waited. After I arrived, he ha no problem with me following him around and asking ten million questions. I am sure I got in his way and slowed him down yet he remained friendly and personable the whole time. I was amazed to get a well put together report that was concise with recommendation in red for critical, blue for strongly recommended and black for the and quot;hey, keep this in mind for a boring weekendand quot;....not to mention it was in my email by the end of the day!!!!!! A Plus Plus all the way!

Dave answered my initial call energetic and helped me gather all the information he needed to provide a quote, even looking up our new home when I didn't know the correct square footage. As soon as we had a sales contract, I called Dave back and h quickly scheduled an inspection. By the next day we had an extremely detailed, thorough report. His pictures were great and provided good captions to help us understand the issues. I would highly recommend Dave.
