Brandon came to the door with a roll of heavy plastic to roll on my carpet so he didn't step on my carpet at all. He called ahead with questions and told me he would be her promptly and actually showed up on time. His estimate on the time it took to install the flooring was nearly spot on. He did a fantastic job and didn't mind that I watched him work. He was very nice and thanked me for letting him come into my home and work on the flooring.
