"Ron was just great, had problem with Laptop on a Tuesday. Text him Wednesday morning and he had time that day but I didn't but we made plans for Thursday. He was very prompt an curtious to me like always. It took him about 10 min. and he said he had to take to shop. Met with him at 1:00 pm on Thursday. Friday morning he text me that it was fixed, and sent another text that he could drop it off around noon on Saturday and he did and showed me what he did without the loose of any of my wifes files and reinstalled updates as needed. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
