"Got same day service and the clog was snaked and I signed up for the drain cleaning via special chemicals they sold me. Their straight forward pricing guide was easy to follow, but when a PVC cleanout broke, they replaced it, but didn't have a line item for doing that type of repair, so they used the cheapest option for that, but it was still 100 bucks. Seemed like a lot for 10 dollars in parts which I could have easily done. I would have spoken up and had them not fix it if I would have known how much it was going to cost. Oh well. At least they'll warranty the repair. Other than that, they were great and fun to work with!"
