"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We called All Area after we got home from a day out and our fridge was no longer maintaining the temperature, but still appear to be running. We called as soon as they opened Monday morning (we found the issue late Sunday night) and were scheduled for a noon-3pm window same day, which was better than one of their competitors we called prior. Our tech called me at 11.30 and arrived at my house within 15 minutes of the phone call. He was kind and courteous, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a relay overload capacitor) and quickly provided a quote for the work. He had the parts on he truck and was able to have the fridge back up and running in 30 minutes. He provided great guidance on next steps and moved my fridge back before leaving. I was very pleased with the level of service, and how quickly we were able to resolve our issue. I would definitely use All Area again!"
