R & R INSTALLATION

Tom and Bo are fabulous! They installed my oven and cooktop and had to do extensive cabinet work and electrical to get the appliances to fit and did it seamlessly. They worked hard all day and only took a 15 minute lunch break in their truck. They creatively found solutions to fit the appliances in. The oven and cooktop look GREAT! They are also very pleasant to work with! Pricing was very competitive.

I was having trouble finding someone to install my new dishwasher due to tile floor which was installed after prior dishwasher was installed. First guy wanted me to cut away my tile. Second guy wanted to install it the same time as my new granite countertops were to be installed. R and R installation was up to the challenge and was able to complete the install without damaging my floor. Thankful to have been recommended them.

It did go super well.

Tom was great. He worked me into his schedule quickly and even did extra work on the unit that had been dropped to heavily and the leveler on the bottom was broken. He fixed the problem and installed the unit in no time. This was a VERY heavy refrigerator and not an easy task and they made it seem like simple work. Floors were protected and they took extra care to make sure the unit was placed perfectly square in the cabinet. They did a great job and were very professional and knowledgeable. I would hire again for any appliance installation or other service they perform. I give them a A+++

Communicated with Tom during week and sent him some photos to show what I needed done. Tom showed up with his son and after we went over the job , went right to work. Installed cabinet right where it needed to be , and then after cutting opening in cabinet had to custom cut the ducts to fit through cabinet and attach to microwave. Installed microwave and secured and sealed all ductwork.
Job went smooth. New microwave and cabinet look great.
Will definitely use Rand R Installation for future handyman projects that involve electrical, plumbing or appliance installations or repair in the future.

I think Rand R Installation were good. I vaguely remember but I think it was a good experience. They had to order the part. I think the pricing was rated good.

They were very meticulous. They were exceptionally good at looking at details associated with the job. They kind of really thought through the best way to do the installation.

He did fix the oven and replaced the glass door. The workman had a slight attitude.

I called Tom on Monday when I found out that the appliances were being delivered a week ahead of schedule from the store. He called me right back and made an appointment for the day after! I found Rand R through an Angie's List search (not knowing what to even LOOK for...need a Major Appliance installation category!). He (and his assistant) were great! They knew electrical, plumbing and cabinetry! He even reused my trim and shelving (that was displaced by the microwave replacing a venthood) to finish around the double-oven. So I didn't have to PAINT!! Loved his attention to detail and that he stayed until it was done.

They were okay, but it is just that he didn't want to accept the coupon. He did accept the coupon after I forced him to and the work that he did was fine. There have been no problems. We had an appointment but he didn't get here till about 10 'o clock in the night. I would only use his services again if I had a coupon or discount.

Excellent. Stayed until the job was done. Took his time and did it right the first time. Took the time to explain proceedures.

He is easy to get along with.

I had a near new dishasher tht needed to be installed. Tom is not affiliated with an appliance sales center and does this type of independent installations. He did a great job. He pointed out how the old dishwasher was improperly installed. He put in new water and waste lines to be on the safe side. He was carefull about the floor. I would definately use him again.

Tom was very communicative about when he would come and did come when he said. Working in the trades, I know that he based his quote on an estimated 2 hour install time. He ran into a bunch of unexpected problems which he worked through one at a time. 6 hours later he finished. His electrical, sheet metal, and carpentry skills were outstanding. I will contact and use him in the future for other jobs as they develop.

The electricians who came to our home were professional and knew what needed to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently and were on point with our needs. The price was fair for the scope of work done and the electricians kept the appointment times and completed the job when they stated they would. Everything works great and we are pleased with the results.

He and an assistant work for eight hours and cleaned up after. We have had no problems. Very professional. We are getting him to come back to replace bathroom fans.

We were given a used built-in microwave oven that installs above our stove. Since we weren't sure how to install the microwave, we called R&R Installation. They gladly helped us out. The installation was done in about an hour and it looks great. The microwave oven even works! Their men were great and they worked together to get the job done. The installation and service fee was well worth the price!

I contacted R & R Installation via email after finding them on Angie's List about having a new section of gas line installed to feed a new cook-top. Tom called to discuss what I needed done and provided me with a rough estimate of what he thought it would cost to have the work done. I agreed to have Tom do the work although I was not ready to have it done immediately. I told him I should be ready in 1 or 2 weeks to have him do the work. He said he would check back with me to see when I needed line installed. When we finally agreed on the day to perform the work he called to let me know he was on the way and showed up as promised. He looked over the job required and we settled on the final price which was very close to what was initially indicated before he even looked at the job. He left to get all the parts he needed for the job and was back in less then an hour to install the line. He did a professional job on the installation and verified all gas appliances were working OK.

There were two men, Tom and an assistant. They did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and their work was meticulous. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. We are very pleased!!!

He was on time, did the work asked to do and even more than I had asked him to do. I got more work than I asked for a price that was lower than I expected. Very courteous and professional.

Awesome experience. Tom fixed the problem quickly and was very professional. He made some suggestions to prevent that from happening again. I would not hesitate to call him for any of the areas that he is qualified to do, such as appliances, plumbing and gas related items. I was happy with the price, especially since he fixed it so quickly.

Over all Tom did a great job was neat and clean, called back two days later to make sure everything was working. I felt it was a little costly but am satisfied with the results. Richard Anderson
