They did okay. Reason I gave 4 because they need to change worker to do the job. Reason for the job to be extended. But the quality of work is good.

Price was reasonable compared to the others.

The selection was made at the Home Depot in Conyers. The employee I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and got the very complicated order correct the first try. The installation crew was very professional, courteous and efficient. The clean up was impeccable. The whole experience was without a hitch.

The price was too high and we were impressed more with the quality of the product from someone else.  We once stopped at Home Depot and we asked them to send somebody out.  They called within a couple of days and we had him out here.  They quoted around $10000 for the job.  They were thorough as far as covering the subject.  We wanted to do the entire house.  The gentleman covered the nature of the window that he brought and demonstrated to us.  We have a wood frame house and stained wood on the inside, the windows that we were presented with were vinyl with no way to color them or find a color that would match the stained wood.  We understand the technical issues of that, but the best we could get was someone who could give us a board that we could stain ourselves & that was not Home Depot.  The only reason issue we had with Home Depot was that the guy wanted me to try and finance through them that day and we let them make a phone call, but we were going out cash out at that time because they were going to finance that, they would have let me do that.  It was not what we wanted and they were just trying to make some extra money, so we said no.  They were not terrible.  They responded very quickly to come out.

My overall experience with them was excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent. As soon as you get someone to help, they walk you to the plants you need, or to the plants you were asking about. If it is something big, and you need help putting it on a flat bed, or getting it in your car, they will help you. What is nice is they would even put newspaper in your car so that you do not mess up your upholstery. They only sell healthy plants. I do not have problems keeping them alive. You can also go in, and ask for gardening advice. They are very knowledgeable with garden conditions.

You can choose the type of vehicle you want to rent to suit your needs. My overall experience with them was excellent. What I like best is if you buy something from an antique store, they will not hold it for you. You can go and pick it up straight away.

I chose them because their price was right in the middle. I felt that if I had a problem, they would come back to me. I also felt that they were an Atlanta-based company. They did an excellent job.

I used them because they were conveniently located and the price was right. They charged me an extra $100 to remove the old carpet because they did not include it in the estimate. They were late to arrive and stayed until 11 pm. My neighbors complained about it. Then the carpet began to unravel and it took them two months to come back and fix it. I had to escalate the problem to their corporate headquarters just to get someone back to my house.

I was looking for an estimate and they did very well ($7000). They gave me all the information that I need to know. The came and measured everything and gave me the details of what would be needed and I felt very happy that they could help me out with my comparative shopping.

They did a wonderful job and they were definitely detailed with doing the work. They were very skilled and were willing to answer all the questions that were asked of them. I would recommend their service to other people.

They were very good, but I think if I would have shopped around longer, I could have gotten a better price. Their crew made one mistake, but they knew how to fix it in a hurry. I might use them again if there prices get lowered a little bit.

To be honest, I found Home Depot to be pretty impressive in terms of appliance sales. I got a rebate and I went during a sale, so I was able to save some money. The guys that work there were real friendly and assertive, but not aggressive. Their prices were right and the service was great. They did not waste my time and they knew information about what they were selling.

The sales personnel at HD were attentive and helpful. Upon a midday visit to the work site, the lead installer informed me the job would be done in one day vs two, though they underestimated the time they would be finished and left around 9 PM. Just before leaving, the installer said that my French doors would need to be sanded down because they did not clear the stair nosing. Sawdust was EVERYWHERE! After they left, I noted they had sliced a lamp cord and spliced it back together, leaving the wires exposed. There was also a bump in the floor which the installer said (upon follow up calls and an additional visit to my home) was a sub-flooring issue. I asked why I was not informed at the time. They said they can only talk to HD about such things. This is still unresolved, as the installers insist the whole room has to be redone and sub-floor sanded. The latest is that they want to charge me as if they had called at the time and made the repair as part of the original process.

I'VE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL INSTALLATIONS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM. THEY USE SUBCONTRACTORS AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WHEN USING THEM. I'VE FOUND THE SUBS TO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND HOME DEPOT HASN'T BEEN HELPFUL IN RESOLVING ANY PROBLEMS EITHER.

THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL IN LEADING THE PRODUCT FOR ME.
