"They were hired on October. the 24th of 2024. On that day his employee Brian Steptoe gave me the estimate of 7,800 dollars. At that time I gave him $3,000 dollars to order the material, but I found out he never ordered the material. Every time I talked to him he would lie about the material. So I went to Mr. Corbin s place of business, he promised to put someone else on the roof replacement job. He sent another one of his employees Timothy Sturgis to come and do the job. I had to give $3,932.07 for material that was supposed to be already ordered. So the material finally came, but he ordered the wrong color. So I had too pay another $906.46 for the right color. The right color material comes, Timothy starts on the roof on March 18th, 25th and 28th, before he left that day I told him they were calling for rain he said he would be back on that Saturday March 29th he never showed up. So on Monday March 31st we had a thunderstorm it rained hard, I was at my Moms house my niece call me and said it was raining in my house. So I got in touch with Francis and Timothy to let them know what happened, the ceiling above my bed caved in it was a blessing that I hadn t gotten in bed yet. So one of my co-workers came and tarped it down, he told me it s raining in my house because Tim cut my chimney off and cut all of my vents out and just left holes in my roof, the estimate for the inside damage is $3,840.00 plus $2,500 for labor. I had already talked to another contractor about redoing my porch when the roof was finished, so when he came over he offered to put the tin on so I said okay that s when I found out that Timothy ordered the wrong size tin, so I called lumber city and they wouldn t take it back because that s what Tim ordered. And I never got the fascia boards which Tim said Francis had I paid $1,433.07 for them. And I never got them. So my contractor that did the porch took over the roof replacement. I had to reorder material that was $3,988.70, $2,500 for labor and $1,433.07 for the fascia boards."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"He said the damper on my Fridge needed to be replaced and said it would be $515.00 and that he'd be back in three days. Obviously playing me. That cost me $60.00 for ten minutes. The part is $102.00 retail. The install is nothing. Watch a few videos, nothing. The door had a rip in the rubber. He saw it, didn't even address it. I said I would have to think about it. He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."

"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. "Let me start by saying this Aire Serv is amazing and second to none. They initially came out to replace our Air Hander and some air ducts in the attic; however, they didn't stop there. After completing the work, they realized the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should for the type of system we have. I told the owner that the AC would struggle to cool and hold 78 degrees in the summer and in turn wouldn't heat well in the winter even with e-heat. I told him that I have had two AC companies, since the install 10 years ago, tell me that that it’s completely normal for ACs to struggle like that. He said “No, it’s not!” They started looking over the entire system. Sure enough, after tracing all the wires and connections to and from the air handler, the main controller in the house, and the outside unit they found the problem that no one else noticed over the past 10 years. ONE wire was hooked up incorrectly on the outside unit… ONE! Apparently that wire was keeping the 2 stage compressor from cycling on and off correctly. They fixed the wiring, verified all other connections, and “Tada!” our 10 year problem was fixed! I have waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to see how the unit works on both hot and cold days. I must say, the AC works like never before (literally)! Since the install, we have had some 90s weather and some mid-30s weather. The AC has effortlessly maintained any temperature we set. To truly test the system I did some testing of my own. During one of the days that were in the 90s I actually turned the temperature in the house down from our regular 78 to 73. Sure enough, the temperature in the house started dropping steadily until it hit 73. Then it occasionally turned on to circulate the air and maintain the set temperature. The house was very chilly. On the flip side, during one the recent cold days I turned off the e-heat function and bumped the thermostat from our regular 72 to 76. It didn’t take long before the house hit 76, and it felt hot. We have never been able to do any of that! I can’t thank the owner of Aire Serv and his staff enough!"
