Let me start by saying this Aire Serv is amazing and second to none. They initially came out to replace our Air Hander and some air ducts in the attic; however, they didn't stop there. After completing the work, they realized the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should for the type of system we have. I told the owner that the AC would struggle to cool and hold 78 degrees in the summer and in turn wouldn't heat well in the winter even with e-heat. I told him that I have had two AC companies, since the install 10 years ago, tell me that that it’s completely normal for ACs to struggle like that. He said “No, it’s not!” They started looking over the entire system. Sure enough, after tracing all the wires and connections to and from the air handler, the main controller in the house, and the outside unit they found the problem that no one else noticed over the past 10 years. ONE wire was hooked up incorrectly on the outside unit… ONE! Apparently that wire was keeping the 2 stage compressor from cycling on and off correctly. They fixed the wiring, verified all other connections, and “Tada!” our 10 year problem was fixed! I have waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to see how the unit works on both hot and cold days. I must say, the AC works like never before (literally)! Since the install, we have had some 90s weather and some mid-30s weather. The AC has effortlessly maintained any temperature we set. To truly test the system I did some testing of my own. During one of the days that were in the 90s I actually turned the temperature in the house down from our regular 78 to 73. Sure enough, the temperature in the house started dropping steadily until it hit 73. Then it occasionally turned on to circulate the air and maintain the set temperature. The house was very chilly. On the flip side, during one the recent cold days I turned off the e-heat function and bumped the thermostat from our regular 72 to 76. It didn’t take long before the house hit 76, and it felt hot. We have never been able to do any of that! I can’t thank the owner of Aire Serv and his staff enough!

I purchased a deal for this tune up through Angie's list service and did not hear anything from the contractor within the two days specified in the deal detaisl. I called about 4 days later to check in and it appears there may be some fine-tuning that needs to be done between Angie's List and the contractors when an order is placed through the website. The contractor said that they showed a payment being made, but had not received any contact information from Angie's List for the customer who made a purchase.
Once this was settled, the appointment was made, the service tech called ahead of the scheduled time to give and ETA and I can honestly say that the tune-up service was the most thorough we have had had performed in the 6 years we have been in our home.
Afterward, the tech made several suggestions for repairs and/or upgrades, so basically they tried to up-sell the call, which I completely understand. When I declined the additional services, the tech handled it very professionally and did not push.
I would absolutely recommend this company and will use their service again the future.

It did wonderful. Kenneth checked both upstairs and downstairs AC unit and performed detailed cleaning. Explained to me the price and procedure that has been done and suggest me possible repair in the future. He is very helpful and friendly.

Technician checked the efficiency of my gas furnace and determined that the gas pressure was too high at the burners. He gave me great advice and over and above service which has saved many dollars in heating costs to date.

I was very pleased with the value and quality of service for my heat pump tune up. I can already see a significant reduction in my power usage. If I use another provider in the future it will only be because this company is in Hinesville and I felt badly that he needed to drive out all this way.

It went great. They were very professional. He went on his way to make sure that the service was done properly. I was certainly pleased with them. He took the extra time to go through each line of the components. They made it significant to have it replaced.
