My air conditioner was 20 years old and just went kaput. They were real good and came right out.

Deal's Heating and Air explained the situation, gave me some options and fixed the unit same day. I was very saitisfied with the level of service they delivered!!

No problems.

They do excellent work. They help with financing. They had to order a unit so it took them a couple of days and then they came and got it done in one day. At least three or four persons came out and they were great. They left the area nice and clean. They also check to see if there were any other problems and they were very helpful.

Not good. They said some of the duct work needed to be replaced with new sections to correct the problem. They gave an estimate of $800. I thought this was high so I got another estimate from Eagle Heating and Air but it was exactly the same? I found out later the same family runs both outfits, go figger. They came and did the job but replaced nothing and made only a minimal difference and left some of the duct work disconnected and I connected it back myself. Just say No to this business.

The technician was very professional and explained everything that he did related to the HVAC system.

The guys who came out initially to check out our unit when we saw water dripping were very professional and informative.  They cleaned the drain, which was the reason that it was dripping out of the backup drain (which is what we were seeing).  While inspecting the unit they discovered that our unit's coil had cracked in multiple locations and was leaking the gas which allows the system to work.  They refilled the gas but recommended either replacing the coil or the entire unit.  Since there was no guarantee that the coil would work any longer than the one that had broken (aprox 7 yrs of use) we decided to go with replacing the entire unit. 
The second crew, who came to replace the unit, were just as professional and friendly as the first.  They replaced the unit relatively quickly and cleaned up after themselves.
Overall we had a very good experience with Deal's and would recommend them to friends and family.

Everything was done the way it should have been. I will recommend this company.

I gentleman who inspected the unit did a great job.  He called before he went to the house to see what we wanted him to inspect. Once he was finished he called both me and my husband with the results.  He was very detailed with his inspection.

Prompt response to calls and provided detailed options for consideration. They were on time and professional with the installation and cleaned up after they were done.

Went well, and haven't had any problems since then.

They knew me and did the best they could. Even though they could have charged me more they let me know because there was something that wasn’t really necessary. It probably would have cost me a lot more to add something so we decided not to. They also helped me in making good decisions. Their price was fair.

It was particularly hot in December and our air conditioning froze up and wouldn't cool, so we called the provider and they came right out, assessed the situation, and did what they thought needed to be done.  Unfortunatley, I had the same problem only a few months later, so I called another provider.  I will not use them again.

They are trustworthy and will do a good job. The price was good. We were recommended to us by friends and we were happy they recommended them to us.

It went really well.  There were no problems.  They were easy to deal with.  They came on time.  They were very considerate.  They didn't track anything in the house.
