"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

Family owned since 1989, Bardi is rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, was awarded Business of the Year in 2013 by the Gwinnett Chamber and received Best Customer Service by the BBB. Bardi is heavily involved with the community and offers free electronics pick-up and recycling during service calls to benefit Nobis Works, a nonprofit that supports people with disabilities seeking to join the workforce.

"I requested a HVAC tech come out to my home as my AC was not working properly. The tech recommended that I get a new AC. He told me he would have his sales rep come out to talk to me about the options I would have as far as replacing it. Their sales rep showed up. His name is Jimmy, and he told me all these great things about Bardi and their products. We came to an agreement of my buying a cheap HVAC system as I was trying to save money. It would cost me 12,000 dollars for the system. The next day April 5th, 2025 their install tech came out and installed the equipment. I was at work at the time, but I had a family member there. I returned home to find out the lower level of my home was not being cooled, and they had left part of my old HVAC system connected to the new system. It was a burnt up disconnect that should have been replaced and was a major part of what was wrong with my old system. Also they used a panel cover from my old system instead of new. I asked Jimmy to come and pick up the equipment which it states I have three days to reject the equipment in the contract. He expressed that I couldn't reject the equipment after it was installed. They had a tech come out the next day April 6, 2025 to fix the downstairs not working, and he fixed it. The next day it happened to be cold outside so I turned on the heat. No heat was coming out of the vents just cool air and the fan unit was running extremely loud outside. It was so loud it sounded like the fan unit was in my room on the second floor, so I turned it off. When I did turn off the fan unit made a horrible exploding noise. Once again I called Bardi and asked them to come get their HVAC system, they refused. Crystal the customer care rep is who I spoke with. She scheduled another repair tech to come out on April 12th to look at the HVAC system. I waited the entire day and no one showed up. I finally called and the receptionist told me it was their employee appreciation day no one would be coming. Monday I received a call from Crystal their customer care rep stating she text me and told me no one would be coming, but I never received that text. She scheduled another appointment for Easter Sunday. I stayed home Easter Sunday instead of going to church, and no one showed up again. I've stated each and every time I've spoken with someone from Bardi that I don't want to do business with them but they are basically trying to force me to keep their equipment at this point. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. These people are trying to rip their customers off basically. This should be illegal. I've reach out to get a lawyer to force them to remove their equipment from my home. Stay away from these people at all cost."

"Awful Experience. He stole over $3000 from my elderly parents. My father was losing mobility and needed to have a Ramp. My mother was quoted a price, asked for half up front and signed a contract that said the work would be done within a week. This did not happen. The workers barley showed up when scheduled and gave no noticed. My mom had to call constantly to find out what was going on with very little communication back. Days would go by without hearing from Marcus or anyone else. Unfortunately after about 2 weeks with nothing completed, my dad passed away. My mother asked for her deposit back minus the wood purchase and what she felt was enough to pay for the barley 2 days of works that was done. Marcus simply refused and said he would do other work for her instead. When she agreed for him to come do work on her walkway, he agreed and said he would. Over a month later nothing was done and will not answer any calls. He stole about $3000 from my mom. Nightmare! Run!"
