Brent was punctual and professional. He recommended a money-saving alternative to what I thought needed to be done. I was a very happy customer.

Came by, gave me a quote. Paid him $20 and if hired he would apply to total. Quoted in July and I've always had to contact him to see when he was going to perform the job. WILL NEVER committ to a specific date and never calls to reschedule... and it's been 4 months. Very apologetic, but he charged me to give a quote with expectations that he would do the work and he hasn't done the work or made any effort to attempt to show willingness to perform the work.

He is a nice guy but is hard to lock in a day to do the work. He did do a good job, but I had to wait months to get the work done. He had came late last summer and wasn't able to do the work until this past January.

Took a while for my turn on the list but well worth the wait. FYI: A three day job can turn into a four or five day job once you start looking around the house and see all the other things he can take care of "since he's there!" Great service and well worth the wait and sorry to the person on the list after me as I looked around my house and starting adding to what I needed done!

I called one afternoon and the job was completed the next day. It was a simple task but one I could not perform. Brent stopped by on his way to another job that was relatively close to my house and took care of the problem.

It was very well. They were punctual, professional, and exceptional job. They installed the window pane very efficiently and with high quality.

We planed for Thursday but he called and was able to come a day early that was great we were very happy with all the work and we already talked about another job .

Brent performed the job as quoted and within the quoted cost range. It does take a while for the work to get started due to his backlog, but that is an indication of how popular his services are desired. Overall, pleased with the work and what it cost. Exterior looks great.

Excellent in all regards.  Brent McCurdy is very direct and honest in his approach.  He has a backlog but you just book and he'll call when you are next in line.  And then you have their full attention to your job and only your job.  You pay them at the end of each week for multi-week jobs.  They show up as promised, and stay through until the job is done.  Quality very high.  Good worker team. He knows who we should call for aspects of the job done outside (glass for shower, counter-top, commercial cabinets) and where to go for quality supplies (tiles, commercial plumbing supply).  They really know what they are doing.
I am not quoting the cost of service, as it depends so much on individual aspects of each job.  We think his quote was fair, and while the work extended longer than planned, it was for totally good reasons.

Excellent. Brent and his two helpers came when promised. They were alway neat and respectful. If there were a rating higher than A I would give it to them.

I am new to the area, was very pleased with the work and price. I have other projects that will need to be completed and will be getting an estimate from him.

It went well. He came to see the project up front, gave us an estimate of the cost. He went to Home Depot to get the materials, came back the following morning with his workers and did the job. He cleaned up after himself and left.

See above.  Brent also provided me with a detailed invoice and copies of the receipts for all supplies he purchased to complete our work.

Bathroom looks great.  Brent's workers, Jody and Daniel were wonderful, hard workers.

Estimate of price and time were very close to perfect.  We were able to stay close to our budget for such a large job.  They did not cut any corners but did not do anything un-necessary either.

Brent was upfront with his pricing, time he would spend, when he could start the job and quality of work.

We needed the shower door adjusted and Brent was here the very next SATURDAY to fix it.  he stands by his work.

Book him early, he is very busy and that is a good thing.

Carefully explains everything wrong and what needs to be done. Checks and rechecks. Doesn't fix anything that isn't broken. Found that our microwave was shorting the circuits and killing other appliances on the line. Suggested before he did anymore work that we replace the microwave. We did and have had no problems since. All he charged us was a visiting fee.

The Total Home Repair team arrived and performed work as promised.  Very professional and honest.  Brent indicated, when providing the estimate, that he is booked for several weeks and if I was in a rush it would be in my best interest to seek another company that could perform the work sooner.  Because my job was mainly preventive maintenance,  I could afford to wait for Total Home Repair's availability.  They did a great job and I would definitely recommend and hire them again.
