A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"I had discovered the leak under my sink, called the Keep Smiling office and asked if they could send someone over. I was told the truck had just been in my neighborhood that morning, and they'd try to get them to come back that afternoon. And they did. The repairmen assessed the problem, and after giving me a reasonable quote and obtaining my okay, they replaced the old garbage disposal with a newer model. After installation, they cleaned up the floor and walls of the cabinet under the sink, which were soaked with foul liquids from the leaking garbage disposal unit. They also suggested I leave a fan on to completely dry the cabinet area. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. I also appreciated that they deducted the $10 trip charge because I was an Angie's List member."
