2 WEEKS LATER still no lid, and no followup phone call from Kenny or his helpers. When WE called THEM 1 week out we were told the lid was "hard to find" (on Amazon, universal replacement), called them at 2 weeks (not happy obviously) indicated this was a make or break - response? "well fire us" then got hung up on. DO NOT use these guys... very unreliable.

The guys were right on time, and did a great job. We had a whole house filter installed, and a ball valve. The whole house filter is a WONDEFUL thing - they don't install low grade product, but the price was definitely right :) We had a leak we didn't know about until after the filter was installed - Kenny came out on a Saturday and took care of it for us. He did a fabulous job, and definitely took care of us. I'll hire them again anytime!

When our pipe broke I called several Plumbers in the area and KLP was the only one that took the time to talk to me. He was the best price and was able to come out right away. When he arrived it only took him minuets to fix the problem. He took the time to explain everything and even check our water heater for us to at no extra charge. We will use him from now on. Excellent work.

Kenneth came out and replaced two hose bibs. The bibs were installed wrong and Kenneth fixed them for us. He did a great job, was very polite and reassured me that it wouldn't look bad when he was through. He was right. I will definitely use his services again.
