"Trevor and his team did a brilliant job with the renovations of the house that was not in good shape prior. He was communicative and available to chat at all times to provide updates. The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."

"I highly recommend this contractor! The quality of work was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The workmanship exceeded my expectations, and you can truly tell they take pride in what they do! I would definitely use them again!"

"I had a large home remodeling project that involved building a Sunroom and a second-floor Entertainment room in a space where there existed a two-story great room steeple high ceiling. During the planning stage and subsequently entering into an agreement to remodel my home there were two things that Quality Craftsmenâ s owner, Zett Quinn, said to me; one, â if you trust meâ and two, â weâ re going to make your space beautiful.â And Quality Craftmen did just that. They brought my vision to reality. What was a small patio slab outside of my great room walls is now a stunning four-season large Sunroom with cascading windows that expands across and encircle the walls of my new living space. A breath-taking 2nd floor Entertainment room that is marveled by everyone with a wrought iron banister crosswalk entry and new stairwell providing the final change to what is now an elegant home. From new flooring, to painting and an architecturally designed remodeled home I could not be happier. Thanks to Zett Quinn and the entire Quality Craftmen team. You met and absolutely exceeded my expectations."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"Jeremy and his tile installer Jose (aka "Chewy") made this challenging job a rewarding experience in more ways than one. The project was to renovate three 1870ish fireplaces. For two of these, we were using a subway tile to emulate a Victorian-era look. The third involved a combination of slate and decorative tiles. Naturally in this old house, nothing is square, level, or plumb. Furthermore, we had a firm deadline to be met. And as so often happens with jobs like this, there were unhappy surprises requiring more work and time by the contractor than was expected. Despite all this, Jeremy and Chewy arranged their schedules (even working on a holiday) and used their creativity to overcome the issues and complete the job by the date Jeremy had committed to. Furthermore, although the project clearly was more time-consuming and complicated than anticipated, Jeremy honorably held to his bid price. The quality of the work was excellent, again particularly so when considering the construction issues this old house threw at the guys. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept us regularly posted and was always very professional and responsive - he uses his smart phone's capabilities to provide near real-time communication. Chewy has been installing tile for over 20 years, and his experience as well as aesthetic sensibility really shows. For our 3rd fireplace, we discovered that the slate tiles were about a quarter-inch larger both length and width than the decorative tiles; that required Chewy cutting the stone tiles to fit - slate is a challenging material to work with but Chewy handled it with ease . Chewy also ensured that the layout of the disparate slate tiles along with decorative tiles was done in the most eye-pleasing fashion. Altogether, the final result is spectacular. On Chewy's phone he keeps a library of past projects which proves that his design and craftmanship skills are nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate even one moment to give my highest recommendation to Jeremy and Chewy for any tile installation project. Thanks again, guys!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.
