Mark and his team did a wonderful job. The work on our house was extensive. Mark planned it out with his team and they were on time and worked hard. The job included kitchen and bathroom remodels, sanding and staining hardwoods, painting the entire house. Mark has an "eye" for this kind of work. He can help with interior decorating. Mark was very professional and friendly. I had three rooms, a hallway and foyer painted. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. The team was efficient,courteous, and were very careful with my furniture and belongings. I plan to hire them for future projects.

Our project included painting, removing popcorn ceilings, installation of new LED lighting, new ceiling fans, new LVT flooring, new carpet and refinishing our hardwood floors. I hired Middle Ga. Restoration for a painting project and flooring install. I also had some work done in the bathroom. This was a wonderful experience. Everything was upfront and performed exactly as discussed. The workers were always on time and had everything they needed to do the job. The owner Mr. Mark Childress is a great person to work with. I would recommend him for any of your home project needs.

Very professional and courteous but I had a very small job of relaying 20 pieces of laminate flooring and it was overpriced. They did an excellent job and ensured everything was cleaned up before they departed. I also contacted the business for another large project and never got a return phone call.

Throughout the entire house I had all the popcorn ceiling texture taken out, porcelain tile installed, re-painted the entire interior, moved the master bedroom door down to the opposite end of the wall to reduce noise from the kitchen and replaced rubber cushion on garage door. When the installation of the tile was delayed due to it arriving to Home Depot later than expected, Mark Childress paid for our dinner and put us up in a hotel for the other two nights it took to get everything ready. Everything is fabulous and have gotten many complements from visitors.

I would recommend Middle Georgia Restoration for any home project. First off Mark Childress got the supplier to upgrade my wood because it was not in stock, at no cost to me. It took a little time to get started while we waited for the wood. It worked out for the better, it took me into my vacation week. It was good for me because I work 2nd shift and would have been in the way. I left his crew the key to my house. They started monday, they removed over 1200 sf of hardwood. Then they installed over 1200 sf of hardwood. They also replaced several ft. of base trim due to water damage and 1/4 rd. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of work that was accomplished. The workmanship or should I say craftsmanship is flawless. The floor looks great. I have a back porch that I would like to close in. Middle Georgia Restoration will do the job.

One word...OUTSTANDING! My wife and I are extremely happy with the work done by Middle Georgia Restoration. Hard working professionals, who showed up on time, and worked extra hard to get the job done. Sergio's attention to detail and suggestions are outstanding; he suggested a couple of changes to our designed, and we are glad we listen to him. We had our entire bathroom redone due to cheap workmanship from the home builder, which resulted in a huge shower pan leak. Mark from Middle Georgia Restoration came to our home and gave us a very reasonable quote for what we were having done. Our bathroom/shower went from being blah, to a beautiful show room piece. We highly recommend them, and we'll use them for any future home renovation we may have. I wish I could post before & after pictures to show their outstanding skills.

The work Middle Georgia Restoration did was outstanding. Their professionalism and attention to detail was more than I could have asked for. They removed our popcorn ceiling throughout the house now the ceilings look great. They smoothed out the walls with plaster, painted the whole interior of the house including trim and doors, and installed judges panels in our dining room. They moved the furniture themselves and put it all back in the same spot as it was before. Plastic sheeting was used everywhere to collect dust and prevent paint spills and our house was thoroughly cleaned after they were finished. We will definitely recommend Middle Georgia Restoration for any home improvement project.

I really do love the work that him and his men did on my home. I was very pleased with the work done. His men made me feel very comfortable and they worked at my home while I was at work. They treat their customers very well, very respectful and cleaning up after themselves. I would also add that they were very punctual.

Professionalism at it's best. This team of professionals entered my home like a well organized army. They removed previous flooring, stripped, sanded and prepped the designated walls; then painted and renovate the floors, all within agreed upon budget and timeline. After completing the work, they removed and cleaned the entire work areas. Again, professionalism at its best.

Great work. floor was done perfectly. They moved all the furniture out and back in place. Painted all the trim around the baseboards when finished. I don't think a better job could have been done by anyone else. I was so pleased with their work that I had them to put on a new roof (new shingles) for me. The work on the roof was super also. They cleaned up every single piece of trash and nails when finished. I think they used magnets and metal detectors to make sure no nails were left. I highly recommend this company.

The entire process, from getting a free and detailed quote to the crew working even when we were home, was beyond professional. The level of detail given to our home made us feel like they were painting one of their own homes. We had our entire interior repainted and the crew was willing to work on any little things we asked without hesitation. I was completely blown away by their degree of care for our home.
