"I was delighted when I hired Quality Craftsman LLC to help me install a shower in my bathroom. I have had a Jacuzzi since my husband, and I bought this house 37 years ago. Three men came and worked on tearing out my jacuzzi and building a shower. Quality Craftsman was the only company that would build a shower the size of my jacuzzi. Other companies wanted to build a smaller shower. I would have had to replace my entire floor tile if a smaller shower had been built. What a relief it was that I found a company that met my expectations. My jacuzzi had worked great all these years, but suddenly, one of the jets developed a leak. I could not find anyone to find the leak, so I had no alternative but to change the jacuzzi into a shower. Then I found Quality Craftsman. You would think this would be a noisy job, but this was the quietest job I have ever seen done by these three workers who put in the shower. Before they started, a sales representative came to my house and helped me pick out the design of the shower tile. I could have chosen white, which would have allowed this job to be completed quicker, but I chose a fancier style they had to order. Now that it is in, I am glad I picked out what I liked. The wait was worth it. They worked quietly and built a shower I was so pleased with. Plus, all of the workers were so polite and respectful. The shower built had a seat, grab bars, two shower heads, a caddy, and glass shower doors. The floor was made up of a material that doesnâ t allow one to slip. I wish my husband were still alive. He would have just loved this shower. If you want a nice shower, I suggest this company. They have all different styles of material to pick from. If you want something you like, go with Quality Craftsman LLC."

Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. "Jeremy and his tile installer Jose (aka "Chewy") made this challenging job a rewarding experience in more ways than one. The project was to renovate three 1870ish fireplaces. For two of these, we were using a subway tile to emulate a Victorian-era look. The third involved a combination of slate and decorative tiles. Naturally in this old house, nothing is square, level, or plumb. Furthermore, we had a firm deadline to be met. And as so often happens with jobs like this, there were unhappy surprises requiring more work and time by the contractor than was expected. Despite all this, Jeremy and Chewy arranged their schedules (even working on a holiday) and used their creativity to overcome the issues and complete the job by the date Jeremy had committed to. Furthermore, although the project clearly was more time-consuming and complicated than anticipated, Jeremy honorably held to his bid price. The quality of the work was excellent, again particularly so when considering the construction issues this old house threw at the guys. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept us regularly posted and was always very professional and responsive - he uses his smart phone's capabilities to provide near real-time communication. Chewy has been installing tile for over 20 years, and his experience as well as aesthetic sensibility really shows. For our 3rd fireplace, we discovered that the slate tiles were about a quarter-inch larger both length and width than the decorative tiles; that required Chewy cutting the stone tiles to fit - slate is a challenging material to work with but Chewy handled it with ease . Chewy also ensured that the layout of the disparate slate tiles along with decorative tiles was done in the most eye-pleasing fashion. Altogether, the final result is spectacular. On Chewy's phone he keeps a library of past projects which proves that his design and craftmanship skills are nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate even one moment to give my highest recommendation to Jeremy and Chewy for any tile installation project. Thanks again, guys!"

His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house.
