Nick did an excellent job and was such a pleasure to work with. He has years of hands-on experience and really knows his craft. He quickly assessed our plumbing issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure all work was completed to code and with care. He was on time, professional, and very efficient throughout the process. The pricing was fair, communication was great, and the repair was done right the first time. It’s honestly been rare in my experience to find a plumber who’s this dependable and responsive! I’ll definitely be calling Nick again for future work. Sugar hill plumbing went above and beyond to install my new tankless water heater! I had the pleasure of having Cameron install my tankless and he was so polite, courteous, and efficient. The whole install took under 4 hours and I couldn’t be satisfied with the install. I will definitely be spreading the good word about SugarHill plumbing and Cameron to all my friends. I would give them 10 stars if I could. SugarHill is my new go to for all my plumbing needs!

My tankless water decided unfortunately that it would leak and give out on me during Easter Sunday morning and I was almost positive that no plumbers would be able to come out the same day and fix the issue. After calling around for hours Sugarhill Plumbing came to the rescue. The owner personally came out and assured me that the problem would be resolved the same day! They were fast, efficient, clean, and most importantly courteous during their time at my home. I opted to upgrade my tankless and it was well worth it the installation looks clean and professional and we even get hot water a lot quicker now. All in all, Sugarhill Plumbing is my new family plumber!
