"Management needs to know the right materals for installers. Salesperson Mr. Clarence did a great job. But, It took 3 times to install the right materials in more than a month. The first installer did not care enough to finish the project, leaving a poor job. Finally, the great Mr. Sean Garrett and Kevin Guzmán, (installers) did a spectacular, flawless job.
